SRZ, SRL air heat exchanger Brief SRZ/SRL both belong to air heater which are not only applicable to steam system but also hot water system .They are main heating air devices used to air heating for hot-blast heating, air conditioning system and drying machine. They are widely used in heating and ventilation system of present industrial and mining enterprises and large constructions. Heat media Steam or hot water can be used as heat media in air heater. SRZ air heater operation pressure range is 0.3-16 kg/sq cm when heat media is steam. Water temperature range is from 130°C to 70°C when heat media is hot water. SRL air heater operation pressure range is 0.3-8 kg/sq cm when heat media is steam. The temperature range is from 160°C to 70°C. Structure SRZ air heater consists of three rows of spiral finned tube bundle which is same as air flow. The finned tube formed with wrinkled steel band (15*0.5mm) rolled on seamless steel tube (21x2mm), which shaped as spiral. There are 38 norms for this product. SRL air heater consists of steel tube of aluminium finned tube buddle, which classified into 37 types by two rows or three rows tube at the air flowing direction. Features 1.Compact structure: SRZ made from seamless steel tube rolling with wrinkled steel band, which shaped as spiral .The pitch of fins is only 5mm- 8mm.SRL consists of steel tube aluminium finned tube bundle with good quality of heat radiation and close contact among each other. 2.Cost saving: Both are high quality but low price as the prices are far less than hot blast heater.
